Photo Flash: First Look at Two Muses' WHO'S AFRAID OF THE BIG BAD WOLF

By:
Two Muses Theatre presents the family theatre production: Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf by Tom McCabe from February 9 through February 24. The show is a clever combination of The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood, with the big bad wolf stuck between the two stories. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the production in the photos below!

Each performance will be accompanied with other child-friendly activities including a raffle drawing, in which winners receive their prize at each performance, and post-performance autograph sessions in which parents will have the opportunity to take their children's pictures with the characters: Little Red Riding Hood (Meredith Deighton), Oink, Porky and Bacon Bits (Lillian Bishop, Atran Raikany and Emilio Rodriguez), Granny (Paige Vanzo), the brave Huntsman (Dick Ward) and of course, the BIG BAD WOLF (Benjamin Deman) .
Director, Nancy Cooper, has a particular passion for directing children's theatre because the children in the audience are always so responsive. "They pay full attention to the action on stage. They laugh, they hiss, they participate when asked. It's a joy!" She adds "This particular play is such fun because it makes use of two well-known stories to make a brand new tale."

Two Muses Theatre performs in the intimate 160-seat theatre inside Barnes & Noble Booksellers, located at 6800 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield (south of Maple). Advance tickets are $10 and $8 for children ages 3 to 10 (sorry, no babes in arms or children under 3), and can be purchased at www.twomusestheatre.org or by calling 248.850.9919. Tickets are also available at the door for an additional $2. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance.

Founded in November 2011 by Diane Hill and Barbie Amann Weisserman, Two Muses Theatre is a nonprofit, professional theatre dedicated to providing opportunities for female artisans and women in theatre. For more information, visit www.twomusestheatre.org.
