The season re-opens with Things My Mother Taught Me by Katherine DiSavino, running January 7 - February 1, 2015. Olivia and Gabe are moving into their first apartment together. They've just packed up all of their belongings and driven halfway across the country to start a new life together in Chicago. Their moving day doesn't go exactly as planned, though, and things become slightly more complicated when all of their parents show up to help! Can a two bedroom apartment contain all of the love, laughs, worry and wisdom that's about to happen? This show takes a generational look at relationships, and how sometimes parents are passing their best lessons on to their children without even meaning to. Funny and touching, this one will make you laugh out loud and fall in love all over again. Things My Mother Taught Me is a Michigan premiere.

The third production of the 2014-2015 season is Once On This Island, book and Lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, music by Stephen Flaherty, based on the book My Love, My Love by Rosa Guy. Once On This Island, in almost non-stop song and dance, the show tells the story of Ti Moune, a peasant girl who rescues and falls in love with Daniel, a wealthy boy from the other side of her island. When Daniel is returned to his people, the fantastical gods who rule the island guide Ti Moune on a quest to test the strength of her love against the powerful forces of prejudice, hatred and death. Once On This Island is a Michigan professional premiere running February 11 - March 8, 2015.

Luce, a new drama by J.C. Lee, will make its Michigan premiere March 18 - April 12, 2015. Recently produced at Lincoln Center, Luce tells the story of two suburban, middle-class parents who are shocked to discover that their 17-year-old son Luce, who was adopted from the Congo as a child, could be in some real trouble at school. Usually a model student and star football player, Luce has something disconcerting in his locker, and his teacher warns his parents that their son's education could hang in the balance. His parents must decide whether to trust their own son or his teacher. This story tests the power of love and the lengths a parent would go to protect their child.

Still MBT's highest grossing show of all time, Meshuggah-Nuns finds the sisters of Hoboken on an all-expense paid trip on the "Faiths of All Nations" Cruise. When the cast of "Fiddler on the Roof" (with the exception of the guy playing Tevye) gets seasick, the ship's captain asks the sisters and Tevye to put on a show.
