Lil Wayne Brings '2013 America's Most Wanted Music Festival' to Joe Louis Arena, 8/9

Grammy Awarding-winning and multi-platinum recording artist Lil Wayne will bring his "2013 America's Most Wanted Music Festival" to Joe Louis Arena on Friday, August 9 at 7 p.m. with special guests T.I and Future.

Tickets ($49.75, $69.75 and $89.75) go on sale Saturday, April 20 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at OlympiaEntertainment.com, LiveNation.com, The Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy (without service charge) at all Ticketmaster locations and Ticketmaster.com. The "2013 America's Most Wanted Music Festival" is the follow up to Lil Wayne's blockbuster "2009 Young Money Presents: America's Most Wanted Music Festival", which grossed approximately $42 million and drew nearly 804,000 fans, and is in support of his latest studio album I Am Not A Human Being 2. Following the U.S. dates, the tour will head overseas in October to kick-off the European leg with special guest Mac Miller.

An indefatigable performer renowned for his extended headlining sets, full live band, pyrotechnics and creative stage and lighting design, Lil Wayne's "2013 America's Most Wanted Music Festival" promises to be a visual and aural spectacle unlike anything he has already accomplished in his legendary, two decade career.

Tip "T.I." Harris is a Grammy Award-winning rapper, film and music producer, actor, and author. His eighth studio album, Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head was released in December, which has since been certified Gold. T.I. has also made his mark on the world of TV and film, with the third season of his highly-rated reality show T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, and his first comedic role opposite Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy in the #1 film, Identity Thief. T.I. has also authored two fiction novels, Love & Beauty, in September 2011, followed by the sequel, Trouble & Triumph, in September 2012.
