In response to their third hugely successful Public Television special- It's Entertainment- the acclaimed supergroup Celtic Thunder will hit the road this Fall with a performance at Detroit's Fox Theatre on Thursday, December 2 at 7:30 p.m.

Since the airing of their first Public Television special in 2008, Celtic Thunder consistently remains one of the most popular musical acts for stations throughout the country.

Hailed as BILLBOARD's Top world music artist and Top World Imprint of 2009, the phenomenon that is Celtic Thunder has achieved sales of over 600,000 copies to date. Their mass appeal and devoted fan base continues to grow with impressive statistics to prove it. Celtic Thunder's official YouTube channel, "Thunder Tube" has seen over 6 million upload views and 368,000 channel views since the channel's inception in summer 2008. The New York Times described the group as "a Fab Five peddling Celtic stylings...steadfast George, sensitive Keith, bruising Paul, caddish Ryan and angelic Damian." Most recently Celtic Thunder performed on The CBS Saturday Show's Second Cup Café, and wowed thousands of fans with an all day stint on QVC in honor of St. Patrick's Day.

Following the tradition of their previous releases (Celtic Thunder: The Show, Act Two and, Take Me Home) Irishmen Damian McGinty, Keith Harkin, Paul Byrom, Ryan Kelly and Scotsman George Donaldson deliver an amazing and thrilling live performance throughout the concert while showcasing a broader range of diverse musical styles. Filmed in front of a live audience in Toronto, It's Entertainment spans six musical decades including unique interpretations of classic songs such as "Standing on the Corner" along with pop hits including U2's "Still Haven't Found (What I'm Looking For)," The Proclaimers' "My Life Without You" and the timeless "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen.
