Bay City Players announces the cast for Monty Python-style comedy, The 39 Steps, by Patrick Barlow from the John Buchan novel focusing on the Alfred Hitchcock mystery film.

Nathan Cholger, Bay City, plays dashing Richard Hannay.

Caitlin Berry, Bay City, is three leadings ladies: the spy Annabella Schmidt, Scottish country lassie Margaret, and British sophisticate Pamela Edwards.

Kurt Miller and Trevor Keyes, Bay City, play the remaining thirty characters.
Jim Stewart, Cathie Stewart, Paul Oslund, Midland, and Ryan Lisius, Auburn, are zanies in black who are not really there.

Leeds Bird, Bay City, directs The 39 Steps; and Bay City resident Judy Miller is producer.

Bay City Players will present The 39 Steps, on March 1-3 & 7-10, 2013 at the Bay City Players, 1214 Columbus Avenue, in Bay City. Performance times are 8:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The box office for The 39 Steps opens on Monday, February 25, 2013. Box office hours are
Monday through Friday, February 25th -March 1st & March 4th-8th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2nd & 9th from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sunday, March 3rd & March 10th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. The box office phone number is (989) 893-5555. Ticket prices are Senior/Students: $15.00 and Adults: $17.00. Students may purchase tickets for the Thursday, March 7th performance for $5.00; student ID must be presented to the box office at time of purchase.
