022 Broadway World Award Nominee For Best Cabaret Show For Miami John Lariviere is a cabaret, concert and jazz singer regularly appearing at theatres and clubs throughout Florida. His cabaret show Songs of the '70s is a fresh look at some of teh most memorable hits of the '70s such as "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head", "I Write the Songs", "Take Me Home Country Roads", "Margaritaville", "Just the Way You Are" and "Your Song". John specializes in music from Broadway and the great American Songbook. He has sung live on TV on The Suncoast View (Channel 7 - ABC), and Spotlight On The Arts, and live on the radio on KDW (97.5FM) and WLRN (91.3FM). John headlined at the Venice Theatre in his critically acclaimed tribute to Johnny Mercer - Moon River, which also had successful runs at The Mizner Park Cultural Center, The Delray Beach Playhouse and The Plaza Theatre. His show, The Sinatra Songbook, has been brought back by popular demand for four years in a row to sold-out crowds at the prestigious Florida Cabaret Festival. His most recent shows include Pure Imagination - he songs of Leslie Bricusse, and What the World Needs Now - the songs of Burt Bacharach with fellow singer Meri Ziev.
