SPOTLIGHT ON THE ARTS Announces Fundraising Campaign
The TV program, Spotlight on the Arts, is a weekly conversation about the performing arts in South Florida produced by Iris Acker & BECON-TV. This program takes the time for in-depth interviews with leaders in the entertainment industry. From artistic directors to maestros and even stunt men, they all have a seat with the panel of arts' experts. The experts include Iris Acker, producer/author/actress, Bill Hirschman, arts' journalist, Michael McKeever, playwright/ actor/artist, & Karen Stephens, actress/writer. Every episode is enlightening, entertaining and educational. Past episodes are archived and can be seen at: ARCHIVED PROGRAMS
Spotlight on the Arts is produced by BECON-TV, which is the only commercial free, educational TV station in South Florida owned and operated by Broward County Public Schools. Like all commercial free TV stations, BECON-TV relies on sponsorship and funding by viewers like you to cover operational costs. BECON-TV is asking the community to help keep Spotlight on the Arts on the air. All contributions are tax-deductible and patrons are recognized according to their level of contribution.
- Gold Sponorship: ($1000 or more) Announcement & Graphic Recognition in the program for an entire season, and a special gift.
- Silver Sponsorship: ($500 - $999) Recognition in program credits for an entire season and a special gift.
- Bronze Sponsorship: ($100-$499) Recognition in the program credits for six episodes
