Rosa Parks-Harriet Tubman Stories 'The Spirit In My Soul'
Orlando Theatre Project will present, THE SPIRIT IN MY SOUL, the voices of Rosa Parks and Harriet Tubman - opening July 12, 2007, as part of The Target Family Theatre Festival. THE SPIRIT IN MY SOUL is written and directed by OTP Resident Director and Company Member, Chris Jorie, recent recipient of The Revels Fellowship for 2007-2008. Jorie directed this season's critically acclaimed, regional premieres of SOUVENIR and A BODY OF WATER for Orlando Theatre Project, the oldest Equity Theatre Company in Central Florida. THE SPIRIT IN MY SOUL stars Frankie Fludd, (HAVING OUR SAY, THE BOYS NEXT DOOR), Heather King, (National Theatre for the Deaf's, FINGERS AROUND THE WORLD - NEXT STOP AFRICA), and ElLe Verne, (VOICE OF GOOD HOPE, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD).
