This NYE, Sean "Diddy" Combs and CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka hosted the event of the evening at his private mansion on Star Island in Miami Beach. Guests included Laverne Cox, Taraji P. Henson, The Weeknd, Jadakiss, Rick Ross, Ma$e, Scottie Pippen, Paige Hathaway, Alonzo Mourning, Tracy Mourning, French Montana, DJ Cassidy, Sevyn, Jermaine Dupri, James Cruz, DJ E Class, Amber Rose, Jeremih, Fabolous, Jussie Smollett, Rita Ora, Yazz the Greatest, Keke Palmer, Vic Mensa, Lenny Santiago, and Kenny Burns among many others.
Only the ultimate Master of Ceremonies can count down the New Year for both coasts. There was one live on FOX TV for the East coast, and one with a live stream countdown on Revolt TV for the West coast. Golden Globe nominees Laverne Cox (OITNB) and Jussie Smollett (Empire) got down on the dance floor to Bad Boy classics while Taraji P. Henson and Yazz (Empire) danced along. This year's extravaganza featured unique CÎROC cocktails including the Midnight Kiss (recipe below) paired with Crispy Shrimp with Creamy Mushroom and Asiago Grits - all followed by a late night "Brunch of Champions" curated by Dwyane Wade's personal chef, Richard Ingraham, which was served after 3am.Midnight Kiss Recipe1oz CÎROC Vodka
