Maltz Jupiter Theatre Invites Community to 'Sip, Savor and Support' at Rustic Inn Crabhouse

Join us to "sip, savor and support" the Maltz Jupiter Theatre on Tuesday, May 3, for a spectacular tropical bash at Rustic Inn Crabhouse in Jupiter!

Taking place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., the island-themed party will feature raffle prizes, tropical drink specials, music, fun-filled photo opportunities and more. Supported by 95.9 FM The Palm, a $5 per person donation at the door will go to raise funds for the Theatre through the annual 'Great Give' campaign.

"We are thrilled to have wonderful restaurant partners like Rustic Inn Crabhouse that have made this event possible," said Jennifer Sardone-Shiner, the Theatre's director of marketing. "We'd like to invite everyone in the community to come together and support the arts at this fun-filled tropical soirée."

All ages are welcome at this family-friendly event, which will feature activities and face painting for children, performances from the Theatre's Youth Touring Company and complimentary appetizers from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. For adults, tempting specialty drinks will include an $8 Maltz Rum Punch (for which the restaurant will donate $3 back to the Theatre), half-priced draft beer, $1 off house wines and bottled beer and $5 well drinks.

Don your most festive tropical shirt, hat, dress or vacation attire for the chance to win extra-special prizes. Clothing boutique Palm Beach Style will be present with a unique selection of island-style fashions, of which owner Lisa Rubin will donate a percentage of all sales back to the Theatre, both at the event and online (www.PalmBeachStyle.net) on May 3.

"This is a great opportunity to bring the entire family out to Rustic Inn Crabhouse for a fun-filled evening of dining, entertainment and more," said Pamela Dyar, the Theatre's director of development. "It's an affordable way to support the not-for-profit Maltz Jupiter Theatre while kicking back and enjoying an evening of delicious seafood at a festive event."

For those who can't make the event, secure donations of $20 or more will be accepted from 12 a.m. on May 3 through midnight that night by visiting www.GreatGiveFlorida.org or by calling 1-844-GIVE-DAY and donating to the Maltz Jupiter Theatre. Every gift will be multiplied with additional dollars from the bonus pool being raised by The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
