MY LIFE ON THE CRAIGSLIST At New American Theater

By: Feb. 23, 2012

New American Theater is excited to welcome the
husband and wife comedic cabaret team of Candler Budd and Emily Parrot in
their show titled "My Life On The Craigslist." The 75-minute show will be
presented in NAT's intimate cabaret theater in the BayWalk Plaza.

This show features funny and juicy stories from actual Craigslist
personal ads particularly the ridiculous "missed connections" section.
Songs in the show will include hits from CHICAGO, SEUSSICAL, THE DROWSY
CHAPERONE, and AVENUE Q as well as favorites from Sondheim, Bernstein and
others. The evening will be an entertaining mix of Musical Theater and pop
songs.

Candler is a comedic actor and singer who was most recently in A Christmas
Carol at freeFall Theatre. He has been performing professionally in New
York and Florida for more than 10 years and is often seen at the Show
Palace Dinner Theater. Emily is a versatile performer working in improv
comedy, theatre, and opera. She has worked locally with St. Petersburg
Opera Company and at the Show Palace Dinner Theater.
