GHOST LIGHT ANNOUNCES SUMMER SESSIONS

The Ghost Light Series continues to showcase local stage actors in play readings, concentrating on established material by seasoned playwrights.
From June to August, Ghost Light will be collaborating with the libraries of Wilton Manors and Oakland Park; and Main Street Players, the Community Theatre of Miami Lakes, in order to bring classic material by five iconic playwrights to the public.
Their first Summer presentation will be William Inge's Summer Brave.
Dubbed as the "rewritten and final version of the romantic comedy Picnic,' Summer Brave follows the same basic story of its Pulitzer Prize winning counterpart, but with a few distinctions, thus making it a separate work that holds its own.
The reading of Summer Brave will be on Tuesday, June 27th 2006, 7:30pm at the Hagen Park Community Center, 2020 Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors. Admission is Free. For more information, please call (954) 270-0998 or e-mail them at ghostlightseries@yahoo.com.
