2006-2007 THEATRICAL SEASON WITH A BRAND NEW LOOK

Live Nation (NYSE: LYV,) a leading live content and distribution company, announced today that Broadway Across America, a premier provider of first-rate touring Broadway Shows, family productions and other live theatrical events across North America, is launching the 2006-2007 Broadway touring season with a brand new look and freshly redesigned web site, BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. The new website allows theatre fans to access information and buy tickets to shows in any of Broadway Across America's 49 markets across North America with the click of a mouse. Season ticket holders will also now have the ability to manage their subscription accounts online. Broadway Across America's E-Club also gets a face lift and offers more opportunities for members to participate at no cost in special online offers, sweepstakes and celebrity chats communicated through Broadway Across America's national monthly newsletter, Spotlights & Sightlines.
