Two great figures of the current opera scene join their talents to recreate the vision of Goethe's text Massenet. Jonas Kaufmann and El?na Garan?a, star in the operatic version of the revolutionary and tragic novel, in a production by Richard Eyre and Rob Howell, the same duo responsible to stage Carmen, also in the MET. The orchestra will address the young Alain Altinoglu.
