Playhouse on the Square presents the regional premiere of ZOMBIES FROM THE BEYOND, with book, music and lyrics by James Valcq, October 5-28, 2012.

It’s the 1950s, Eisenhower is President, and all is peaceful at the Milwaukee Space Center. That is, until a flying saucer arrives carrying buxom alien zombies who have come to collect male specimens to re-populate their female-laden planet! It’s a quirky musical comedy that spoofs everything from the movie musicals of the 50s to the grade-B space invasion films of the era with a score that’s reminiscent of 50s pop.
