TOY STORY x WIZARD OF OZ Double Feature Will Come to PJPAC

Young performers from THE STORY BOOK Academy will take center stage in Toy Story x Wizard of Oz, a family-friendly double feature that brings two beloved stories to life through music, adventure, and friendship.

Presented and produced by THE STORY BOOK Academy, the showcase combines the heartwarming world of Toy Story with the magical journey of The Wizard of Oz, offering audiences an entertaining celebration of courage, loyalty, and the importance of home.

The first half of the program, Toy Story, follows a group of toys whose world is turned upside down when a new arrival enters the toy box. As friendships are tested and unexpected adventures unfold, the story explores themes of belonging, teamwork, and staying true to oneself.

The production features Enri as Sheriff Woody, Noel as Buzz Lightyear, Callista as Hamm, Ashley as Slinky Dog, Haider as Rex, Neah as Bo Peep, Sanav as Mr. Potato, Arden and Aiden as Corporal and Sergeant, and Azhar as Andy. Narration is provided by Teo Kgia Loong.

The second half transports audiences to the magical land of Oz. In The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy follows the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City in search of the Wizard. Along the way, she encounters memorable companions and magical characters, including Glinda, Madam Morrible, and the Wicked Witch of the West, ultimately discovering that there truly is no place like home.

The cast includes Imogen as Dorothy, Ishani as the Wizard, Maya as Glinda, Maia Rose as Madam Morrible, Arabella as the Wicked Witch, Kiyara as the Scarecrow, Raeq as the Tin Man, and Myriam as the Lion. Kiyaan, Janam, and Athena appear as Munchkins, with narration again provided by Teo Kgia Loong.
