Photo Coverage: First Look at THE ALL NIGHT STRUT in Portland
Below, take a first look at Maine State Music Theatre and Portland Stage's 2017 co-production of THE ALL NIGHT STRUT, a musical revue of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, which opens Friday, August 18 in Portland, Maine!
The nostalgic look at America's depression, WW II and post war years through the eyes of some of her greatest songwriters is directed by Buddy Reeder with Edward Reichert as Music Director and stars Curt Dale Clark, Missy Dowse, Esther Stilwell, and Bryant Martin. The energetic, funny, heart warming show pulses with jazz, bebop, swing, blues, ballads, and standards from the Great American songbook, as well as lively dance sequences and stirring vocals and instrumentals.
It runs from August 18-September 10, 2017 at Portland Stage, 25A Forest Avenue, Portland, ME. For tickets and more information, visit www.msmt.org, go to www.portlandstage.org, or call 207-774-0465.
