Maine State Music Theatre Hosts Valentines Day Concert 2/14

Maine State Music Theatre is thrilled to present one sweet concert to warm your heart on Valentine's Day, February 14th at 7:30pm.

The stars of last summer's smash hit Always...Patsy Cline are returning to perform an intimate concert in Studzinski Hall on the Bowdoin College campus. Charis Leos and Jenny Lee Stern will reminisce a bit with a few Patsy Cline songs, perform some of their personal favorites, and then give the audience a sneak peek into the 2011 summer season. From the romantic melodies to the playful rhythms, our music director and pianist, Edward Reichert will accompany the ladies with superb style.

The evening will begin in Moulton Union with a Cocktail & Dessert Party, where 10 special silent auction items will be available. The evening heats up when the party moves to Studzinski Hall where 4 incredible items will be auctioned live...and then our funny Valentine's take the stage! If you were fortunate enough to see these ladies perform last June, you know you are in for a lot of fun and simply gorgeous voices.
