We're burning up the quarter mile here at Scarborough High School as opening night speeds towards us. The cast is hard at work polishing this iconic musical for the first performance on May 4th.

As with any high school production, stress levels have a tendency to rise and cause hairs to grey. Leading lady and junior producer, senior Hallie Scammell had this to say; "As opening night comes closer, I think that our cast is growing tighter together. We're all very good friends and find ways to keep spirits high. I think that the positivity that comes from [Jonathan Miele] spreads to all us and makes us want to come back everyday, ready to learn."

New technical equipment and special effects, such as a fog machine, are being implemented into the auditorium for the production, so this is surely not a show that you want to miss out on.

GREASE will run at the Winslow Homer Center for the Arts on May 4th (7 PM), 6th (1 & 7 PM), and 7th (1 PM).
