The Wiz, the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, brings its groundbreaking twist on the classic Wizard of Oz story to Overture Hall for a limited engagement in October 2026. The show reimagined Broadway with its iconic score blending soul, gospel, rock and 1970s funk, alongside a contemporary retelling of Dorothy's journey to find her place in the world. The production transformed the face of musical theater and continues to resonate with audiences decades after its debut.
