KAPA Repertory Theatre presents a large-scale, cinematic reimagining of Annie in Kenosha, Wisconsin, featuring nationally recognized guest artists alongside regional talent. The production is directed by Creative Director Braxton Molinaro, with choreography by Kris Terry, projection design by Rasean Davonté Johnson, live cinematic work by filmmaker Thomas DeSando, and music direction by Holly Stanfield. Kenosha Mayor David F. Bogdala appears in the production as Franklin D. Roosevelt. The event includes new collaborations with Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and Children's Wisconsin, incorporating fundraising and community support into the theatrical experience.
