Pandora Productions' MARRY ME A LITTLE Opens Tonight
Pandora Productions brings the curtain down on another thrilling theatrical season with Marry Me A Little, tonight, June 19, through Sunday, June 29, at The Henry Clay Theater in Downtown Louisville.
It's a bittersweet story of love, loneliness and survival of the modern American singles as told in song from the undisputed master of the contemporary Broadway musical, Stephen Sondheim, yet with a decidedly Pandora spin. Our twist on the tale? Historically sung by a man and woman we've been granted permission to update the characters as a gay man, a lesbian, a bisexual and a transgender to perform for our very contemporary audience.
With music by Stephen Sondheim, conceived & developed by Craig Lucas & Norman Rene, Marry Me A Little will be presented Thursday, June 19, Friday, June 20, Saturday, June 21, Thursday, June 26, Friday, June 27, and Saturday, June 28 at 7:30 p.m.; Sunday, June 22 & Sunday, June 29 @ 5:30 p.m.; and one matinee performance Saturday, June 28 @ 2:00 p.m. At The Henry Clay Theater, 604 South Third Street, 3rd Floor; advance tickets are now available for $18, $20 days of show, at http://www.PandoraProds.org and 502.216.5502.
