Masters of Movement will honor Andrew Veyette, a distinguished alumnus of Westside Ballet, as he receives the Bravo! Award during its annual Spring Gala on May 31. After a 25-year career with the New York City Ballet, Veyette makes a poignant return to the stage just days after his retirement, celebrating his journey from local training to principal dancer. The gala will feature performances by City Ballet principals Tiler Peck and Roman Mejia, alongside pre-professional dancers from Westside Ballet, all while supporting local first responders and families affected by the Los Angeles wildfires.
