Eliane Elias, the multiple Grammy-winning pianist, composer, and vocalist, returns to Birdland from September 10 to September 14, 2024. This performance coincides with the release of her newest album, Time and Again, featuring eight original compositions with lyrics in both English and Portuguese. Special guests, including renowned Brazilian musician Djavan and jazz guitar legend Bill Frisell, enrich the vibrant musical landscape that highlights Elias’ integration of her Brazilian heritage with jazz and R&B influences. Throughout her distinguished career, Elias has consistently showcased her artistic versatility, making this concert a notable celebration of her musical journey.
