- Ken Peplowski Quartet & Orchestra: Bird with Strings with Special Guest Eric Marienthal
Ken Peplowski leads a masterful quartet and orchestra in a celebration of Charlie Parker's landmark work, "Bird with Strings," featuring unheard arrangements. Joining him is special guest Eric Marienthal, along with a full seven-piece string orchestra. This unique performance pays homage to Parker's legacy while showcasing Peplowski's artistry on the clarinet and tenor saxophone. The show will take place at Birdland from August 27 to August 31, 2024.
