The Theatre @ Boston Court and Critical Mass Performance Group present "Alcestis," a World Premiere adaptation of Euripides' "Alcestis" written and directed by Nancy Keystone, created in collaboration with Critical Mass. The play opens June 29 on the Main Stage at Boston Court Performing Arts Center, 70 North Mentor Avenue.Nancy Keystone's "Alcestis" is a visceral exploration of the life-and-death struggle of a woman who volunteers to die to save her husband's life, and the deals people make the with the gods to avert the death decree.
