The Grove Theatre's Extended run of Church Basement Ladies At The Grove will soon be coming to an end. This weekend only - Buy one... get one ticket free... 

Maybe you've already see this celebration of the church kitchen and the women who work there, or maybe you've been meaning to come, and just haven't made it yet. Well, this is your perfect opportunity to com back and bring a friend, or to grab a friend and come see it for the first time. Friday night, August 7th, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons, August 8th and 9th we are offering you the opportunity to buy on ticket and get the second one for free.

From the elderly matriarch of the kitchen to the young bride-to-be learning the proper order of things, they handle a record breaking Christmas dinner, the funeral of a dear friend, a HawaiIan Easter Fund Raiser, and, of course, a steaming hot July wedding. Funny and down to earth, they stave off potential disasters, share and debate recipes, instruct the young, and keep the Pastor on due course while thoroughly enjoying, (and tolerating) each other as the true "steel magnolias" of the church.

If you've ever been involved in planning or providing dinner functions for a group, you will identify with this show. Come and bring your husband, wife, best friend, significant other or a group from your church or community group.
