Storyteller Brings THE ROAD TO HIGH STREET to Hollywood Fringe, 6/7-23
From the back roads of Rhode Island and the streets of San Francisco, to the stages across the USA, Canada, Europe and Japan, entertainer Andrew Potter brings his current work, a multimedia storytelling performance to the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Potter, an accomplished guitarist, juggler, storyteller and video producer has combined these skills into an hour long show called "The Road to High Street: A Digital Rock & Roll Comedy."
Based on his years as part of the juggling duo, The High Street Circus, Potter presents a series of stories, songs, short video and image sequences about this unusual career. Titles include "Living in a beer tank" about their bizarre first home, and "The Third Egg, their first successful juggling routine. Against this backdrop is the notion of what it means to pursue a non-traditional career, and how to reconcile these choices with family.
