SkyPilot Theatre to Host 'PIANO BAR' Fundraiser, 5/17
WE'RE ALL IN THE MOOD FOR A MELODY: SONGS AND SCENES FROM A PIANO BAR, a benefit for SkyPilot Theatre Company's 2013 Season, will take place on May 17th, 2013.
Welcome to the Cafe Chanteuse, where in between performances of classic pop and Broadway tunes, hearts are broken, lives are changed and maybe even one or two dreams come true. Because everyone is beautiful at the ballet -- but at the Cafe Chanteuse, everyone has a chance to be a star.
Proceeds will benefit SkyPilot Theatre Company's 2013 season, which includes two World Premiere productions, monthly reading series of new plays and a weekend festival of new play readings. Plus SkyPilot's "Children's Outreach" program is working with Burbank Family Services and their "Anti-Bullying" campaign this summer.
$10 donation plus a silent auction featuring amazing prizes. Cocktail attire encouraged. The event takes place on Friday May 17th from 7pm-9:30pm (Happy hour from 5pm-7pm. Full menu also available.) Show starts at 8pm at River Rock Lounge, 12833 Ventura Blvd. (At Coldwater Cyn, next to Sportsman's Lodge), Studio City, Calif.
