cARTel: Collaborative Arts LA, with Associate Producers Brownies and Lemonade, Shifty Rhythms, and Department 4, are proud to announce the lineup for the 2017 BROKE LA Music & Arts Festival. The festival's new location will be 4560 Worth St and will occur on the new date of April 8th, 2017. The date move shifts the festival away from overlapping with Coachella weekend for the first time ever, kicking off festival season in Los Angeles. Commenting on the change, Executive Director Negin Singh notes, "It is important for us, first and foremost, that our event serve our artists in their professional development. We are proud of our unbelievable talent and want to ensure that those in the music industry as well as our audience can freely engage in discovery at our festival without having to sacrifice celebrating what's big in the mainstream festival circuit."

The one-day extravaganza, celebrating the immense talent and diversity of LA's art scene, will feature more than 50 musical acts across four stages, LA's best up-and-coming comedians, festival-encompassing art installations, one-of-a-kind delicious street food, drinks, photo booths, activism hubs, boutique vendors, merchandise and more to come- all for less than a tank of gas.

This year, we are proud to highlight a slew of returning sponsors, including Associate Producers Department 4 who will be creating one of a kind content capturing the immersive, experiential feel of the festival, major media partner LA WEEKLY (5th year returning), official gear partner CFG RENTALS (5th year returning), Official Photo Booth Partner SNAPFIESTA (5th year returning), official beer sponsor LAGUNITAS BREWING COMPANY (4th year returning), The Official Energy Drink of Broke LA MONSTER ENERGY (3rd year returning), ticketing partner TICKETFLY (2nd year returning), nonprofit partner THE IMPROV SPACE (2nd year returning), and Bark LA partner NKLA (2nd year returning). In addition we welcome longtime cARTel partner but first time Broke LA sponsor ANGEL CITY BREWING.
