Liz Rebert has stepped into the world premiere production of 11, September at the Odyssey Theatre (replacing Hedy Burress). Paul Kampf's edgy new drama asks the question, "What are own, personal 9/11s - those defining moments in our lives that change everything?" 11, September opens at the Odyssey Theatre on January 8.

Liz Rebert graduated from Emerson College where she studied with Kristin Linklater. A staple in the underground/late night/new works theater scene of New York City, Liz worked as a guest artist with Inverse Theatre Company, the Interart Annex and the Piper Theatre Company; performed at the Henry Street Settlement, Stella Adler Studios, and the Pantheon; was in the original production of Freakin' Giuliani by New York political playwright Robert Liebowitz; and worked in schools throughout the five boroughs as a teaching artist for City Lights Youth Theatre, the Children's Museum of Manhattan and other organizations. Films include Another Harvest Moon starring Earnest Borgnine and the lead role in Breadline Productions' recently completed From Grace.

Rebert will star opposite the playwright in the two-hander. Gita Donovan directs. Scenic design is by James Spencer, lighting design is by Bosco Flanagan, and costume design is by Laura Brody.

Breadline Productions, known in Chicago as Breadline Theatre Group, kicks off its new, Los Angeles-based theater venture with this premiere.

Performances of 11, September take place Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 7 pm, January 8 through February 7. There will be two preview performances on Wednesday, January 6 and Thursday, January 7, both at 8 pm. Tickets are $30; students (with valid ID) and seniors are $25; the performances on Sunday, January 10 and 17 are Pay-What-You-Can; tickets to all Thursday performances are $15 for members of Actors' Equity and SAG; and previews on January 6 and 7 are $10. The Odyssey Theatre is located at 2055 S. Sepulveda Blvd., West Los Angeles, 90025. For reservations and information, call (310) 477-2055 x2 or go to www.11SeptemberPlay.info.
