The Covina Center for the Performing Arts is proud to present Not Fade Away: a 50s and 60s musical extravaganza, the third in our special events series. Not Fade Away: a 50s and 60s musical extravaganza is a musical tribute to the 1950s and early 60s that takes The Audience back to a simpler time, a time of optimism and the youthful exuberance of a burgeoning movement called rock and roll.
The music of this era serves as the foundation that virtually all modern popular music is built upon, featuring songs from the founding fathers of the genre from the British invasion and Motown, from Buddy Holly to the Beatles, Not Fade Away: A 50s and 60s rock and roll extravaganza will take you on a rockin’ revival that will have you dancing in the aisles and cheering for more!
