Louie Crúz Beltran, Space Sanchos Headline 24th Street Theatre's Free, Expanded 'Dia De Los Muertos' Celebration ImageDia de los Muertos - Latin surf rock band The Space Sanchos and master conguero, bandleader, vocalist and entertainer Louie Crúz Beltran headline 24th Street Theatre's 12th annual Dia de los Muertos block party on Nov. 2. Celebrate the joyous tradition of Mexico's most famous holiday!
