Long Beach Opera Teams with Charles Phoenix for Walking Tour of Downtown L.A., 5/3
Long Beach Opera has joined up with famous humorist, historian, and 'retro daddy' Charles Phoenix for a walking adventure of historic downtown Los Angeles, complete with operatic surprises around every corner. Expect the Unexpected!
The tour includes iconic locations from LA's history including Old Chinatown, Olvera Street, a walk through the historic homes of Carroll Avenue, and much more. This tour has a break for lunch and mixes bus travel with walking, including stairs. And, Opera!
Tour begins on Sunday, May 3, at 11:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm at Union Station, 800 North Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Seating is limited, so advance purchase of tickets is required.
