The 29th Kritzerland show is a tribute to one of the greatest composer and lyricist teams to ever write for Broadway - the great Bock and Harnick, whose collaboration resulted in Fiddler on the Roof, She Loves Me, The Apple Tree, Mr. Wonderful, The Rothschilds, Fiorello, Tenderloin and The Body Beautiful. Sadly, their final show, The Rothschilds, was contentious and broke up the team, but they left behind a body of work that continues to shine to this day.

Producer Bruce Kimmel has recorded many of their songs as well as putting out the revival cast recording of their classic She Loves Me. For this show, we've assembled our usual cast of great singers, and our very special guest star, Hal Linden, who won a Tony Award for his performance in The Rothschilds. The music of Jerry Bock is tuneful and beautiful, and Sheldon Harnick's lyrics are literate, clever, and perfect - together they made theater magic and you'll be hearing the usual Kritzerland mix of songs you know and some you don't.
