For the first time in our school's 10-year history presenting annual Broadway-inspired productions, the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is hosting a fundraiser gala during the final performance of Hairspray on Sunday afternoon, April 7, 2019. The gala will consist of 60's tunes featuring music academy students, diner themed food trucks and red carpet photo opportunities with the Hairspray cast! The PTSA plans to conduct a silent auction to raise funds to reduce the financial burden of standardized testing and graduation related costs for deserving students from the surrounding underserved communities.
Please join Grand Arts PTSA in creating our future arts performers and leaders by giving generously. Thank you for your consideration and support.
Hairspray is an American musical with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Shaiman and a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan, based on John Waters's 1988 film of the same name.
