THIS SATURDAY! - 24th St. Artistic Director Debbie Devine directs Toyota Symphony for Youth with the L.A. Phil at Walt Disney Concert Hall!

As part of 24th Street's continued commitment to music and theatre education for families, Debbie Devine works in continued collaboration with the LA Philharmonic on their Toyota Symphonies for Youth series, which combines theatre with renowned classical music.

The Spirit of the Cello features the music of Handel, Haydn and Mendelssohn. Conductor Lionel Bringuier conducts the Los Angeles Philharmonic and cellist Jonathan Karoly in a humorous exploration of the role of the cello, as a classical musician comes to understand the true spirit of his instrument, and the cello discovers the many possibilities for making music. Actors and musicians alike shine in this comic tale of a cello that wants only to be in the spotlight.

Upcoming Perfromance: Saturday, April 4th at 11 AM

24th Street Theatre | 1117 West 24th Street | Los Angeles | CA | 90007
