Daniel Benzali, noted actor of stage, screen and theater performs scenes from Shakespeare and songs by Stephen Sondheim in a one-man, one-night-only performance benefiting the 6th Street Playhouse, GK Hardt Theatre, 52 West 6th Street, Santa Rosa, California (located in historic Railroad Square) on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at 7pm.

Benzali, a Golden Globe nominee, has enjoyed a successful career on stage and screen and is known from his stage appearances in shows including "Sunset Boulevard," films including "Murder at 1600" and "The Grey Zone" and televisions programs including "Murder One"and "Jericho." He is one of the few American actors to become a member of the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Company.

Benzali returned to his roots as a singer with the 2005 release of "Benzali," a CD collection of classic romantic standards.

He recently portrayed Willy Loman in the 6th Street Playhouse production of "Death of a Salesman."
