Crumble Catering Returns to Chef Elton John AIDS Foundation 2015 OSCARS Party

By:
When it comes to creating mouth-watering cuisine for Oscar parties, nobody does it better than Chef Wayne Elias (left) and his partner Chris Diamond (right), owners of Crumble Catering/Rockwell Table & Stage. As the official caterers for the Elton John (center) AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party for 11 years running, it's been their responsibility to please the palettes of Hollywood's A-list.

As Tinseltown's biggest night fast approaches on Sunday, February 22, 2015, Chef Wayne and Diamond are looking forward to another star-studded evening of culinary delights. And, once again, they will be collaborating with Chef Gordon Ramsey, who designed the dinner menu.

With the world's spotlight upon them, Chef Wayne and Diamond rise to the challenge with earnest delight. Diamond commented: "The night is like nothing else in the land and truly a labor of love."

An event a year in the making, Chef Wayne works hand-in-hand with Diamond (his business partner of over twenty-six years) to design a blockbuster menu served to perfection with various ingredients and elements gathered from around the world. This year will encompass a waiter-served five-course for those who will dine while viewing the live Oscar telecast inside a sprawling, custom-built pavilion, featuring sparkling décor and state-of-the-art lighting and projection. Such a production takes an army of more than 150 servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to make the evening flawless.

For Chef Wayne, every meal he serves is equally important, remarking, "Our goal is to not only satisfy our clients, but also create an unforgettable night for everyone involved!"

Over the years, Crumble has catered hundreds of A-list events, including "Harry Potter," "Happy Feet," "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," "Man on a Ledge," "This is Where I Leave You," "Draft Day" to a galaxy of stars including, Kiefer Sutherland, Sir Ben Kingsley, Cate Blanchett, Sacha Baron Cohen, Helen Mirren, to name but a few.

Whether it's an elegant dinner for 10, or a major corporate party for 5000, complete with elephants and camels, Crumble can make it effortless and fun. For more information, visit www.crumblecatering.com.
