Bob Esty Joins WeHo parTy boys as Musical Director

By:

WeHo parTy boys, West Hollywood's only gay all-male revue, announce the addition of legendary record producer and songwriter Bob Esty as musical director.

Esty will now be involved in all musical elements of the breakthrough burlesque show currently igniting Santa Monica Blvd. and beyond. Over the course of his career, Esty has produced, arranged and composed music for such multi-platinum superstars as Cher, Donna Summer, Barbra Streisand and Dusty Springfield.

WeHo parTy boys' creator Jim Beatty explains, "Bob is the musical force behind some of the biggest dancefloor anthems of all time, including Cher's 'Take Me Home' and The Weather Girls' 'It's Raining Men.' He will be working with WeHo parTy boys to create fresh and exciting new routines for some of his classic dance hits. He will also work with me in locating and securing additional vintage dance material for the group."

"This is a wonderful opportunity to re-introduce music that I love to new audiences in creative and sexy ways," said Esty. "Jim and the Boys share my passion for music and I'm looking forward to working closely with them."

Upcoming WeHo parTy boys performances include:

Tues. May 10 at 9pm - CLUB COBRA 10937 Burbank Blvd. NoHo.

Sat. May 21 at 8:30pm - HAMBURGER MARY'S 8288 Santa Monica Blvd. WeHo.

Tues. May 24 at 9pm - CLUB COBRA 10937 Burbank Blvd. NoHo.
