Betty Hutton Tribute Show, NUTTIN' BUT HUTTON to Premiere 3/16-4/28

Nuttin' But Hutton, LLC presents a world premiere musical event, Nuttin' But Hutton, A Musical Tribute To The Songs Of Betty Hutton! Nuttin' But Hutton begins previews on Friday, March 8 at 8pm and runs March 16-April 28 at the NoHo Arts Center, 11136 Magnolia Blvd. (at Lankershim) in North Hollywood. Performances are Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm.

This show was conceived by Diane Vincent, with book by Diane Vincent & Sam Kriger, musical direction by Sam Kriger, choreography by Lee Martino and direction by Larry Raben. Nuttin' But Hutton is a celebration of the songs of Betty Hutton. Nuttin' But Hutton features over 20 show-stopping musical numbers, sophisticated 1940's style vocal arrangements, a multi-media look at her legendary life while using a fresh approach in telling the superstar's story and all backed by a powerhouse six-piece band. The triple threat cast of five takes a musical journey of the Betty Hutton songbook, which is chock-full of brilliant songs and novelty numbers by such world-class songwriters as Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Frank Loesser, Livingston & Evans and Jimmy Van Heusen.
