Students aged 9-13 with some Minecraft proficiency already under their belts, are invited to take part. (Basic controls of the game must already be understood.) All participants must provide their own Mac or PC laptop. (NO kindles, Ipads, Ipods, Iphones, tablets, Andriods, etc). Cost is $100 per student for the four sessions and class size is limited to 12 kids. Advance payment is required to secure a spot. For more information, go to www.baystreet.org and fill out the required forms and provide check or credit card payment to Bay Street Theater. For questions call the Administration Office at 631-725-0818, Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm.

Students will be taught by MSquared Adventures, with Mason Cohen and Miller Croke, members of the local Sag Harbor and Southampton communities respectively. "We are so thrilled to be working with Mason and Miller again this fall," says Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director of Bay Street. "It's so great to be able to support these two terrifically talented high school students as they launch their new business MSquared Adventures, experts in the world of all things Minecraft. Our Community Connections Council (3CO) has worked very hard to bring this type of programming to Bay Street, which supports the local community in every way. It takes a village, and we have one of the best."

Instructors Mason Cohen (9th grader at Pierson) and Miller Croke (9th grader at Southampton) are uber-techy, creative storytellers who together have been creating worlds and hosting private Minecraft events for the past two years.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is a year-round, not-for-profit professional theater and community cultural center which endeavors to innovate, educate, and entertain a diverse community through the practice of the performing arts. We serve as a social and cultural gathering place, an educational resource, and a home for a community of artists.
