Bay Street Theater Announces Colin Quinn And Bobby Collins As Part Of Summer Comedy Club

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce Colin Quinn performing on Saturday, June 23, and Bobby Collins on Saturday, July 28, with both shows at 8 pm. Both performances are part of Bay Street Theater's summer Comedy Club, which brings the nation's most prominent comedians to Sag Harbor on select summer Saturdays. On Saturday, June 23 at 8 pm, Colin Quinn returns to Bay Street Theater with his new tour, One in Every Crowd. From the old MTV days to Saturday Night Live to Comedy Central to Broadway, Colin Quinn is apparently refusing to leave the business. So, if you enjoyed his other one-man shows, or you just are at a place in your life where you are lost and you need intelligent laughs, come see his new show: One In Every Crowd.

Colin Quinn gained popularity as the co-host of MTV's five-season game show Remote Control, and is well-known for his work on Saturday Night Live in the late 1990's and early 2000's in which he held recurring roles and segments such as "Lenny the Lion", "Joe Blow", "Colin Quinn Explains the New York Times", and "Weekend Update". Recent roles include Gordon in the 2015 film Trainwreck starring Amy Schumer, and Kevin Connors in Adam Sandler's 2017 Netflix film, Sandy Wexler. Fans of Bay Street Theater will remember his 2017 performance at the theater.

On Saturday, July 28 at 8 pm, Bobby Collins makes his return to Bay Street Theater. Audiences across the country relate to his comedic characterizations as he exposes the humor of day-to-day situations as well as serving up resplendent rants on world events. Bobby Collins' rise to top headlining, comedic master was inevitable. His true dedication to his craft is what keeps his vibrant shows consistently sold out.

Bobby Collins has toured with titans of entertainment like Frank Sinatra, Cher, Julio Iglesias, and Dolly Parton. As a professional stand-up comedian, he's worked alongside Chris Rock, Ray Romano and Drew Carey, as well as many others. Rosie O'Donnell specifically requested that Bobby take over as host for Stand-Up Spotlight. Collins is widely regarded as a "comic's comic." Through his personal appearances at comedy clubs, theaters, corporate and charity events, coupled with innumerable television appearances on legendary shows like The David Letterman Show and The Tonight Show with both Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno, Collins continues to add new fans of all ages to his loyal base of diehard followers.
