Photo Flash: First Look at Community Theatre of Little Rock's LEGALLY BLONDE

The Community Theatre of Little Rock is pleased to close out its 57th season with its Summer Musical "Legally Blonde: The Musical" by Heather Hach, Laurence O'Keefe, and Nell Benjamin. Show dates are July 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 25th, 26th and 27th at 7:30 pm and July 14th, 21st and 28th at 2pm, to be held at The Public Theatre, located at 616 Center Street, next to Horn's Men's Store in downtown Little Rock. In LEGALLY BLONDE, Harvard's beloved blonde takes the stage by pink storm in this fun, upbeat musical about self-discovery. Based on the adored movie, LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL stays true to form with a peppy score and playful book. This musical is ridiculously enjoyable from start to finish. Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside-down, however, when her boyfriend dumps her so he can start getting serious about his life and attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle uses her charm to get into Harvard Law. At school, she struggles with peers, professors, and Warner Huntington. With the help of Paulette and Emmett, though, Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.

Regular admission is $16 for adults and $14 for military, students and seniors age 65 and over. Groups of 10 or more can get in for $14. Children age six and under are given free admission. Bring a pair of gently used running shoes and receive $1.00 off your admission. Seating is limited, so reservations are highly recommended. To make a reservation, visit our website www.ctlr-act.org.
