Ron White To Perform At The Mirage 9/18 - 19

By:

Ron White, the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from the "Blue Collar Comedy Tour," will perform his hilarious stand-up comedy inside the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage Friday, Sept. 18 and Saturday, Sept. 19 at 10 p.m.

Tickets are priced at $79, $69 and $59 plus tax and service fees. To charge by phone, call (800) 627-6667 or (702) 791-7111. Tickets also are available for purchase online at www.themirage.com and www.ticketmaster.com. Guests must be at least 16 years old to attend and guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

White, a Texas native, is best known for his performances with fellow Southern comedians Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall and Larry The Cable Guy in the highly acclaimed "Blue Collar Comedy Tour," later released in theaters as a major motion picture. Both Blue Collar Comedy Tour: The Movie and the sequel Blue Collar Comedy Tour, Rides Again, have sold more than 5 million copies combined.
He has since established himself as a star in his own right with two GRAMMY® nominations and multiple solo comedy albums and videos including "Drunk In Public," "They Call Me Tater Salad," and "You Can't Fix Stupid." White's television special "You Can't Fix Stupid" aired on Comedy Central to an audience of 4.5 million viewers, making it the third largest audience in Comedy Central's history at that time.

In June 2006, White released the book Ron ‘Tater Salad' White: I Had the Right to Remain Silent... But I Didn't Have the Ability. The book, which perfectly sums up White's life and comedy, debuted on the New York Times' Best Seller List. Following the book release, White reunited with the Blue Collar boys for Blue Collar Comedy Tour, One for the Road. In April, Comedy Central aired White's third one-hour special "Behavioral Problems."
