The Las Vegas Review-Journal's "Best All-Around Performer 2012," Frankie Moreno was spotted enjoying the Strip's hottest show, ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace on June 26. Following the show, Moreno was hypnotized by the intoxicating fragrance of the show's lovely ladies, Penny Pibbets and Melody Sweets, that he took the time to take a photo with them afterwards.
