This Friday, December 18, enjoy the sounds of the season performed by cast members from one of The Strip's most popular shows, 'Phantom -The Las Vegas Spectacular.'

The complimentary concert, starting at noon in the Lloyd D. George Federal Courthouse jury assembly room (333 Las Vegas Blvd. South), will feature Elena Jeanne Batman (Carlotta Guidicelli), Larry Wayne Morbitt (Ubaldo Piangi), Marc Cedric Smith (Don Attilio/Passarino), Tina Walsh (Madame Giry) and William Waldrop (music director and pianist).

The group will entertain with holiday favorites, including "Ding Dong Merrily on High," "Lo! How a Rose E'er Blooming," "Pavane for a Silent Night," "Gesu Bambino," "Gloria," "Believe," "Where Are You Christmas?" and "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch."

This Downtown Cultural Series performance is sponsored by the city of Las Vegas.

The lavish Las Vegas production of The Phantom of the Opera thrills audiences eight times a week at The Venetian. From the moment you enter the magnificent custom-built theatre you are immersed in the storied Paris Opera House and become part of The Phantom's world. Phantom performs at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino on Monday and Saturday at 7 and 9:30 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday at 7 p.m. (dark Sunday).
