Nellie Oleson to Join JONI AND GINA'S WEDDING Next Week

Vegas's newest comedy dinner show meets TV's nastiest bad girl! Alison Arngrim, best known as Nellie Oleson on "Little House on the Prairie," will be making a special appearance in the November 13th performance of the production currently running at Ron DeCar's Event Center and Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel.

"As a total 70's TV geek, I'm stoked," said Troy Heard, the show's producer. "Alison played the ministress for awhile during the L.A. run. She had a little time in her schedule promoting her book 'Confessions of a Prairie Bitch,' so she decided to grace us with her presence." Arngrim will be reprising her role of Rev. Pat, the daffy celebrant at Joni and Gina's wedding. As an actual licensed officiant, Arngrim will also be available for real weddings that night. "Ever since the ban was lifted we've been wanting to marry a couple at the show" said Heard, referring the recent lifting of the gay marriage ban in Nevada. "So who wouldn't want to get hitched by Nasty Nellie?" Interested couples are encouraged to contact Heard at joniandgina@gmail.com, and will receive complementary admission to the production.

Joni and Gina's Wedding plays alternating Thursdays through the end of the year at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel and Event Center, 1201 Las Vegas Blvd. S. Check-in and cocktails start at 6:45 p.m. and the ceremony begins promptly at 7:30. Tickets are $59.95 for General Admission, which includes the show, buffet, non-alcoholic beverage, and champagne toast; and $79.95 for VIP which includes the above, premium seating, and special wedding gift.
