While meeting planners may believe they've seen and heard it all as far as activities and venues in Las Vegas go, there's something new and noteworthy at M Resort Spa Casino. Similar to a network television cooking show and shown in a custom-built 40-seat studio housed inside the award-winning Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet, the 60-minute Martini Time with Chef Tina Martini treats a live audience to entertaining and educational demonstrations, complimentary food/beverage sampling and special handy hints and tasty tips.

The four-day-a-week show, which debuted at the M Resort in January, covers a variety of topics centering on three key areas of living healthy: nutrition, fitness and mind/body. Widely known as the "naturopathic chef," Chef Tina makes healthy living fun covering topics like "Some Like it Hot and Fast, Some Like it Low and Slow" - BBQ and grilling techniques; "Beautiful Foods for a Beautiful You" - Skincare inside and out; "The Gourmet Vegetarian" - High-end meatless dishes and "Weight Loss for Food Lovers" - Facts about fat loss while enjoying delicious foods.

"Martini Time with Chef Tina Martini at M Resort provides groups with a unique experience and venue you're not able to find anywhere else in Vegas," said Karen S. Gallagher, President of Conference Services Inc. Gallagher recently planned a Martini Time show for a group with Horace Mann Insurance. "The show is not only entertaining, but also educational. It's a great choice for teambuilding or just to relax and have some fun."

Martini Time with Chef Tina Martini offers groups an intimate setting as well as a truly unique experience. A discount is available for groups of 20 or more and custom shows can be arranged to suit specific tastes. For group sales inquiries, call the M Resort Box Office at 702-797-1557.

At a regular price of just $39.95, the show includes lunch or dinner in the resort's Studio B Buffet with reserved seating. Regular show times are 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, but special group shows can be arranged for nearly any day and time. Tickets for regular shows can be purchased through Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
