Aliante And Sam's Town Host New Year's Eve Celebrations, 12/31

Top hip hop, R&B and funk artists of the '70s and '80s will bring their greatest hits to Treo Media's Old School New Year's Eve Party, featuring iconic hip hop artist Rob Base and the certified double-Platinum recording R&B trio Next. The party will also feature performances by DJ Thump, Bojo and Connie Breeze.

Audiences can ring in the new year enjoying Base's best-loved hits, including "It Takes Two," "The Incredible Base" and "Get on the Dance Floor." Next will perform their top hits "Too Close," "Wifey," and "I Still Love You."

Tickets are available from $79 plus taxes and fees, and can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000; online at www.samstownlv.com, or in-person at gift shops at Sam's Town, The Orleans, Suncoast and Gold Coast. Tickets may also be purchased the day of the event (depending upon availability) at the venue box office. VIP tables are available for $516 plus taxes and fees. On Friday, Jan. 29, local ladies can purchase tickets for $49 plus taxes and fees and couples can purchase two tickets for $98 plus taxes and fees. Tickets include a champagne toast and chances to win gifts and prizes.
